Verification Readiness

Be Ready Before Verification Starts.

We prepare your evidence, records and process owners well ahead of verification, so the outcome reflects the work your organisation actually did.

The challenge

Most verification stress is an evidence problem, not a performance problem.

Organisations often do the work but cannot show it: records sit with different people, documents are incomplete or inconsistent, and the search begins the week the verification starts.

By then there is no time to correct anything, and value earned during the year is lost simply because it cannot be substantiated.

Business impact

  • Recognition lost on activity that was genuinely completed
  • Executives pulled into last-minute document searches
  • Queries answered inconsistently across departments
  • Avoidable pressure on the finance and transformation teams

How we help

What we advise on.

Pre-Verification Review

Establish the current evidence position and what is missing.

Evidence Preparation

Organise supporting records into structured, traceable packs.

Quality Review

Check that records are complete, consistent and internally supportable.

Mock Verification

An internal simulation that surfaces issues while there is still time.

Interview Preparation

Prepare process owners for the questions they may be asked.

Query Coordination

Support responses and locate documentation during the process.

Our approach

A clear sequence, run with you.

  1. 01

    Scope

Confirm what evidence the cycle requires.

  2. 02

    Review

Assess what exists and identify the gaps.

  3. 03

    Correct

Close gaps and organise the evidence properly.

  4. 04

    Simulate

Run a readiness check before the real process.

Selected capability

A readiness view before the process begins.

Engagements are supported by a simple readiness view per element, so leadership knows what is prepared and what still needs attention. Figures shown are an illustrative example only.

Detail on request

Questions leadership teams usually ask.

Are you a verification agency?

No. We are an advisory firm. Independent verification and B-BBEE certificates are issued only by an accredited verification agency, and that independence must remain intact.

Is readiness the same as manipulation?

No. Readiness means the evidence for work genuinely performed is complete, accurate and easy to follow. We do not create or improve records to reflect activity that did not happen.

When should preparation begin?

Ideally throughout the year, and at minimum several months before the verification date, so gaps can still be corrected legitimately.

Can you support us during the verification itself?

Yes. We help coordinate reasonable queries and locate supporting documentation, while the verification agency conducts its work independently.
